Seed Agency worked with CBRE marketing leadership, brokerage and on-site management teams to develop a brand strategy and positioning that highlighted the elevated experience unmatched by any other building in the area.
Once the initial brand approach was established, Seed worked with in-house teams to design a comprehensive marketing toolkit comprising website, email marketing, a brand dna book reference manual, and print collateral.
