Align Aerospace was on the cusp of being a leading global supplier of hardware and related components to a broad range of aerospace OEMs and their subcontractors. But they weren’t there yet.
When Align became an official sponsor of the world-renowned Farnborough International Airshow, we sensed an opportunity to create a connection with Align’s global buyers. After flying to the United Kingdom on a reconnaissance mission to evaluate the grounds and exhibitors space, we saw what the opportunity was. Following approvals from the FIA Sponsorship Group and legal team, we created an ambient guerrilla campaign in the exhibitor spaces that made the Align brand unforgettable. By placing Align’s advertising in the public spaces, and using a tone of voice that didn’t take itself too seriously, we were able to create a dialogue and a connection between the global buying community and the brand, which increased their desire to visit Align’s exhibition space.
Not only did it increase Align’s global presence, Align’s sales team met their objectives in record time and generated more new sales leads than ever before.
